Song of the Day: ‘Christine’ by Siouxsie and the Banshees

You don’t listen to Christine by Siouxsie and the Banshees. You dissociate to it.

A particularly peculiar line from the song, which appeared on the Banshee’s 1980s album Kaleidoscope, comes to mind: Now she’s in purple, now she’s a turtle, disintegrating.

It’s like I get it but I don’t.
