My song of the day is “Here’s Where the Story Ends by The Sundays. It’s a lovely alt/indie rock song hailing from 1990 and England of the duo’s debut album “Reading, Writing and Arithmetic.”
I was so dazzled by the cuteness and purity and earnestness of Harriet Wheeler’s vocals that I only just noticed how much David Gauvin’s guitar sounds like that of Smiths-era Johnny Marr.
