Song of the Day: ‘Look Away’ by Big Country

I’m reexamining Scottish alt-rock band Big Country after loving their biggest hit “In A Big Country” but never getting further.

What a band! Every song is epic and heartbreaking and adventuresome. And how, in God’s name, do you get guitars to sound like bagpipes? It’s beyond me.
