‘Up All Night’ by Meltt is upbeat and bouncy without being insipid. It’s just the kind off song you’d want to hear if you were up all night, and wanted to be buoyed by something pretty and bright.
It’s a rich production and while the vid is Yellow Submarine-weird (if the latter production’s only plot were just dancing, melting, morphing and vibing), it all combines to make a good trip.
The listener is not going to be dragged through heaven and hell but instead impelled onto the dance-floor or draped, gravity-heavy, on a most comfortable couch.
