I’m doing this somatic healing thing where I listen to “Fields of Fire” by Big Country on repeat. It’s challenging but the results are already worth it.
The band, the internet tells me, hails from formed in Dunfermline, Scotland. My Song of the Day comes off of the alt-rock group’s 1983 album The Crossing.
