Dane was good at wasting time. He was a serial hobbyist, moving from one pursuit to another, always taking a deep dive.
His latest pastime was going through all of his Beatles’ records, feeding lyrical descriptions into an AI art generator. He felt he was bringing the visions of the Fab Four to life.
“I’m turning the Beatles into visual art,” Dane explained. “I’m the guy who, thanks to technology, can show you what the ‘man in the crowd with the multicolored mirrors on his hobnail boots’ looks like. I can give you a glimpse of what rocking horse people look like when they’re eating marshmallow pies.”
