Battlestar Eclectic

Sarah Torribio and her right brain. Music. Musings. Writing. Style.

I like this slice of indie melodrama-core. “Barbed Wire” by Cardinals features stabbing keys–is that accordion or a electronic facsimile?–and a desperate singing words of naked emotional.

The lines are delivered somewhere in the neighborhood of deadpan, hysterical, scoffing and ironic. I’ve parked my car there a few nights here and there.
