Song of the Day: ‘Making Plans for Nigel’ by XTC

I believe the refrain of this song by XTC is the motto for the Department of Homeland Security’s “Disinformation Government Board,” i.e. The Ministry of Truth. “We’re only making plans for Nigel.”
