Flash Fiction: ‘Alana’ (music series)

Alana was ambivalent. No one understood her feelings, least of all herself. She was so emotionally dissociated as to be nearly feral.

Alana would do things like slide into her ex’s DMs, texting, “I HATE you. Also, this song made me think of you.”
