The best thing about the last few years is how great the music is. Sonic excellence continues, unabated. Today, I’m deleriously in love with The Beaches and their lesbian torch song, ‘Did I say Too Much?’
I guess love is love, because this indie breakup anthem is getting me in the feels. The Beaches is a Canadian band that the internet tells me got together in 2009. They released this joint just last year, 2025, on their album No Hard Feelings.
I took until yesterday to find out about The Beaches, but they have won me over completely. This song has power, polish and shine.
